The Alisal offers a variety of team-building programs ideal for corporate groups and families. CHALLENGE COURSES
The Alisal Challenge Courses are situated in one of the most beautiful and remote parts of the ranch. They are located adjacent to our historic Adobe Camp where complete food, beverage and rest facilities are provided. Adventure-based strategies featuring low and high ropes course elements are a particularly
effective way to foster team development and personal growth The Alisal uses a "challenge by choice" approach so that each participant measures success by his or her own standards and goals. At the Alisal, safety comes first. Our courses are designed, built and maintained by ropes course experts, and we use the latest safety equipment. Ropes course elements provide very low actual risk, but the perceived risk provides powerful experiences

ADULT FIELD DAY/MINI OLYMPICS
To promote team cooperation and friendly competition, a wide variety of games can be arranged including bocci ball, croquet, shuffleboard, volleyball tournaments, tennis and ping pong matches, water and running relays, fishing derbies, boat races and more.

MIND GAMES AND MIND WORKS
Many learning exercises are available with each program, formatted to the needs of the group. Learning resources include board games, workbooks, video and audiotapes that have been designed to enhance communication, problem solving, customer service and goal setting.
