This allows us to cater many types of indoor functions, from board meetings to gala social events and lavish theme dinners. Our spacious Sycamore Room, with a high-beamed ceiling, expansive windows, and majestic stone fireplace is ideal for large functions up to 200 people. Our western-themed Cottonwood Room with hardwood floors, a Navajo-themed painted ceiling, and large brick fireplace is perfect for groups up to 90 people.

Our banquet and culinary staff is able to create memorable dining experiences at numerous outdoor venues. Our lakeside deck is the perfect site for a fabulous seafood barbecue. Our rodeo arena is a great spot to host an authentic western barbecue following your group’s private rodeo event. For a slightly more elegant affair, our poolside pavilion and creek side garden provide lovely settings. If you are willing to extend beyond the boundaries of the Ranch, we can also create a special winemaker’s dinner at many of the area’s outstanding wineries.
