Barn Yard
Our Barn Yard is open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily (closed 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) We invite you to come by and meet all the little critters and see what special things Dawn ("D") has planned for the day. Egg gathering is available at 1:15 p.m. daily. Other barn yard activities include; grooming, steer head roping lessons, chicken feeding, etc. We ask that an adult accompany children during their visit to the Barn Yard. All ages are welcome. Lead-around horse rides are available between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Parents lead small children on horseback around the corral. Youth Programs and Activities Arts and Crafts are available year round in the Laurel Room. We offer a variety of crafts that will please a wide range of ages. Please remember, we are not a babysitting service and ask that children under the age of six be accompanied by and adult. Hours vary by season. Call the Activities Department at ext. 7649 for more information. Addition summer youth and teen programs include Kiddie Korral (ages 3-6), MAC Club (ages 11-12) and Teen Times (ages 13-17). Refer to the Summer Guide for more information.
