We are seeking experienced, certified Lifeguards to work at our busy Pool this spring and summer. Requires 6 months (24 months for Head Lifeguard position) related experience and/or training. Must have CPR for Professional Rescuer and be Community First Aid and Safety Certified. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, be friendly and professional, and enjoy working around kids. Position will not begin until May and conclude after Labor Day.
Position entails serving food and drinks from our poolside grill during lunch service to guests around the pool. Must be 18+ years of age to serve alcohol. Position is seasonal to begin in the spring and goes through Labor Day. Requires working weekends, evenings, and holidays. Applicants must have a customer service focus, be outgoing, friendly, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
Seasonal Bartender needed to work in upscale bar and banquet functions. Must have 2 years previous bartending experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment serving demanding clientele. Must be friendly, outgoing, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be insurable under companies liability policy).
We are looking for experienced Bussers to work in our upscale dining room. Position requires working weekends, evenings, and holidays and is seasonal through summer. In addition to having previous food service experience, qualified candidates must be personable and enjoy providing top notch customer service.
Fine Dining Server
We are looking for experienced Fine Dining Servers to work in our upscale dining room. Applicants must be professional, friendly, and have a working knowledge of wines, wine service, and food and wine pairings. Previous experience in a fine dining establishment is required. Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
We are seeking Cocktail Servers for our bar. Requires 2+ years previous experience in food/beverage service and customer service. Knowledge of local wines and ability to up sell beverages also a must. Must be 18+ years of age, professional, outgoing, and responsible. Requires working weekends, evenings, and holidays.
We are looking for a Line Cook for our Main Kitchen. Position is seasonal for the summer starting in May with the possibility of becoming a more long term position. Requires 3+ years experience on the line and knowledge of California-style cuisine. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Alisal offers group medical, prescription, dental and life insurance to full-time, regular employees who have completed their 90-day introductory period. The Alisal pays the majority of the premium for eligible employees. Dependent coverage is also available, but the premium must be paid in full by the employee.
All full-time, regular employees have the opportunity to participate in the Alisal's retirement savings plan, also known as a 401(k) plan. This plan allows employees to have up to 15% of their pre-tax earnings invested in any of 20+ different types of funds. The Alisal matches 50% of what the employee contributes.
The Alisal observes five paid holidays. If an employee works on a holiday they will be paid one-and-one-half times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked.
Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 10 days of paid vacation leave per year.
Sick pay is available to all full-time regular employees. Eligible employees may accrue up to 5 days of paid sick leave per year.
Any employee who works a minimum of six hours will be entitled to a complimentary employee meal during their shift.
The Alisal offers a variety of low-cost employee housing accommodations to employees in good standing. Availability varies.
