The Alisal is proud to offer our employees an exceptional benefits package. The following is a brief description of some of our benefits. Insurance
The Alisal offers group medical, prescription, dental and life insurance to regular, full-time employees who have completed their 90-day introductory period. The Alisal pays 100% of the premium for eligible employees. Dependent coverage is also available, but must be paid by the employee. Retirement Plan
All employees have the opportunity to participate in the Alisal's retirement savings plan, also known as a 401k plan. This plan allows employees to have up to 15% of their pre-tax earnings invested in any of 24 different types of investments. The Alisal matches 50% of what the employee contributes. Holidays
The Alisal observes five paid holidays. If an employee works on a holiday, he or she, will be paid one and one-half times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked. Vacation
Full-time regular employees accrue up to 10 days of vacation benefits per year. Sick Pay
Sick pay is available to all full-time regular employees. Meals
An employee who works a minimum of six hours will be entitled to a complimentary employee meal. Housing
The Alisal offers a variety of employee housing accommodations depending upon availability. Employee Recreational Privileges
Employees are invited to participate in many of the recreational activities the Alisal has to offer. Some of these benefits include employee fishing, free golfing, free tennis and discounts on meals and discounted merchandise at any of our golf or tennis pro shops. Other Benefits
Some of our additional benefits include two weeks jury duty pay, bereavement leave, school activities leave, family medical leave and continued education benefit. We also have an employee assistance program, employee referral program, employee of the month, employee newsletter, employee task force and two employee parties per year.
