The Alisal operates on a Modified American plan with breakfast and dinner included in the room rate. Breakfast buffets are lavish, brimming with fresh fruit, homemade cinnamon rolls and your favorite morning entrees. A wide array of á la carte selections are also available. Enjoy lunch throughout the day at our poolside snack bar and two golf course grills. Dinners are a time to dress up and enjoy menus that change daily and include at least 10 entrees nightly. Chef Godé's entree selections feature thick steaks, chicken, or ribs, grilled over Alisal oak. Locally caught fish-of-the-day, pastas, and other favorites are served with innovative, mouth watering sauces and locally picked vegetables. Vegetarians will love the wide array of creative vegetarian entrees available. Round out your evening at the Oak Room, where live nightly entertainment and dancing are available.
