Location
Alisal Ranch is located in the Santa Ynez Valley, 35 minutes northwest of the Santa Barbara Airport, just outside Solvang, California. Located midway between San Francisco and San Diego, and approximately a three-hour drive from Los Angeles, the Alisal Ranch is easily reached from scenic Highway 101. Private aircraft are welcome at the nearby Santa Ynez Airport.

Directions
From San Francisco:
Take Highway 101 south to Buellton (Approximately 6 hours). Exit at Highway 246, turn left and follow the signs to Solvang, approximately three miles. Once you have entered Solvang, proceed to the third stoplight...which is Alisal Road. Make a right turn onto Alisal Road, and proceed (which is south) for approximately three miles past the Alisal's two golf courses and tennis courts to the main entrance. Make a left turn and proceed to the building at the end of the lane. If you are using any form of a GPS system you must input 1054 South Alisal Road to get the correct directions.
From Los Angeles Airport:
Take 405 North to Highway 101 North through Oxnard, Ventura and on through Santa Barbara northbound towards Buellton. At Buellton, exit 101 (on the right) to Highway 246/Solvang-Lompoc. Turn right onto Highway 246 and follow the signs to Solvang. Once you have entered Solvang, proceed to the third stoplight...which is Alisal Road. Airport Information
The Santa Ynez Airport features a 2,800 foot hard surface, lighted runway with extensive hanger facilities for general aviation. The airport is located at: Latitude 34° 36.41' North, Longitude 120° 04.53' West. There are daily consumer flights to the Los Angeles Basin. Nearby Santa Barbara and Santa Maria airports offer commercial flights to all parts of the country and connecting international flights.
